A bit about me...

I spent 19 years in leadership roles with small, medium and large organisations, launching and leading businesses in the UK and North America, before setting up my own coaching and consultancy business in 2012.

I combine this practical experience with an MBA, awarded with Distinction from Manchester Business School in 2001. I am also a Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

I have over a decade of experience helping boards and business owners define, and then deliver, winning growth strategies. I bring a combination of structure, process and constructive challenge to help them fulfil their ambitions.
